Upcoming May Rotation at Mr. Surprise ft. Studio Ghibli Prints & More:I've been invited as part of the May rotation for the Artist Station at Mr. Surprise at The Well in downtown Toronto! Mr. Surprise is a Toronto based designer toy, art, and stationary shop that collaborates with Canadian and International artists. I'm very honoured to be invited and I'll be in personal attendance on May 2nd for when my rotation starts :) In addition to some of my prints and enamel pins, I'll also have my Yakuza Tattoo series prints (Kiryu, Majima, and Ichiban) as well as my Berserk ink series (Guts, Griffith) in watercolor postcard 4"x6" sizes as a special set just for this event! Any leftovers of these sets will be available in June on my online store, and I'll be sure to let my newsletter get first dibs! I'll also share more photos of the event in my next newsletter!

Sketches: To end off the newsletter, I'm just sharing a sketch I made on stream a while ago after playing FF rebirth. I feel like I don't talk about anything much other than Monster Hunter & Fromsoft games (and..my lil otome gatcha game, which I gush about in my discord server whenever new content rolls around. We just got a very seasonally apt banner but I'm not vibing with it so I guess I get to save my rolls...) ANYWAYS... Final Fantasy was a big part of my formative years, so the influence it has on me and my art is probably still evident to this day. I've been hemming and hawing over making a Sephiroth piece for the longest time, because that's still my prototype to all the longhaired brooding iconic kings I draw.
